From The Grubbs of Tipperary:

"In August 1656, John and Mary Grubb with five young children, four girls and a boy, crossed to Waterford with two companions, Richard Draper and Frances Bambry, probably in the convoy which sailed from Bristol on August 12th, under Captain R. Hedges, who was commanded by the Navy Couoncil to take such vessels as were ready, bound for Waterford, Youghall and Cork."
