Narrative
Purchased by John Grubb Richardson in 1854 from Thomas Wakefield. He sold it to James M'Caulay Higginson about 1859 only to repurchase it a few years later. John's brother Joshua Pim Richardson was living there in 1866. Demolished in 1960.
