Mr. and Mrs. Marquis E. Shattuck, of Oak Drive, have announced the betrothal of their daughter Nancy to Ensign James R. Schermerhorn, USN. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Mrs. L. T. Schermerhorn, of Philadelphia, Pa. Miss Shattuck was graduated from the University of Michigan, where she also received her master's degree. The ensign, who received his commission after graduation from the United States .Naval Academy at Annapolis, is now in flight training at Pensacola, Fla.
