ROBERT LEE ADAIR Services will be held May 10 for Robert Lee Adair, who died of heart failure, Tuesday April 23, 2002 in Santa Cruz. He was 57. Mr. Adair was born in San Jose. He had lived in Santa Cruz for more then 30 years. Mr. Adair graduated from San Joce State University. He served as a full-time missionary in Germany and was fluent in German, Russian and Latin. Mr. Adair was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoyed sailing, chemistry and animals, especially his dogs Robin and Cody. He is survived by parents Vern and Elizabeth Adair of Aptos; sister Robin Armstrong of Aptos; brothers Randy Adair of Merced, and Gary Adair of Keene and Aptos; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. And his good friend Kent DuBois. Services are at noon May 10 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 255 Holm Road. Watsonville. His ashes will be scattered at sea on May 11.
