Patrick de Cruce Grubb was born on 25 July 1918.[1] He was the son of Richard Raymond De Cruce Grubb and Ruth Leney.[1] He married Vivian Anne Woodhouse, daughter of Robert Woodhouse and Mary Frances Watson Anderson, on 15 October 1947.[1] He died on 5 March 2001 at age 82.[2]
He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.[1] He fought in the Second World War, he was severely wounded and so invalided out.[1] He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Third Hussars.[1] He was managing director of Tipperary Products Limited.[1] He lived at Castle Grace, Clogheen, County Tipperary, IrelandG.[1]
